Can’t Take My Eyes Off These Blogs #8

Lizard Head Wilderness, CO

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my new Canadian friends. Happy October 6th to everyone else. We should celebrate every day, right? I’m looking forward to another fall weekend. I plan on getting the Halloween decorations out today and maybe another hike in the mountains before the snow gets here. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.A favorite of mine on other blogs is a listing of funny search terms. I’m starting to get a few and though I’d share as well.

eyes on the dollar grocery game-That’s on Canadian Budget Binder, but nice try.

used to wearing glasses-I am, but don’t write about it, sorry.

50 dollar renovation desater- If you only had $50, it would be a desater!

graceland elvis-I love Elvis, but he’s left the building.

where are the four eyeballs on the dollar-You’ll only find one here

how dumb is it to buy clothes on a credit card-Pretty dumb if you can’t pay it off

glasses huge eyes-Glasses won’t help that

funny photos about people in thick glasses-Oh, don’t make fun of the people with bad glasses.

pictures that make your eyes go funny-I’m seeing a theme

  1. I love fall because it means football. Thanks a lot for the mention.

  2. Ahaha… love some of those search terms. They are a hoot aren’t they. I liked the buying clothes on a credit card. Do you ever feel as if people are talking to their computer rather than doing a search. Sometimes I’m just not sure for example : My friend bought me a cup of coffee ( was searched on my site) I wasn’t sure if they were searching for a virtual friend to respond ” well that’s nice of your friend”. Not sure.. odd some of them searches. Thanks for the mention my dear and keep up the grocery game… you will see the results.. especially if you hear me whispering in your ear when you are shopping lol… (don’t do it, don’t put it in the cart) lol.. Cheers mate.. Mr.CBB- oh and my fav Fall Activity is watching the leaves fall from the trees (does that count?)

    • I have a friend that I work out with several times a week, and I do hear her voice in my head if I want to sleep in. Maybe I’ll get yours in there at the grocery store, a British/Canadian accent Eh, mate?

  3. Thanks for the mention Kim! I love Graceland Elvis…with all the talking you do about Elvis in your posts. :) I think we may be getting our Halloween decorations out this weekend too. Have a great weekend!

  6. You really don’t have a smart phone? I didn’t have one until about a year and a half ago and I can’t imagine NOT having one now, especially with no access to a laptop (well…a personal laptop with social media!) from about 6:15am – 5pm every weekday.

    • I can access pretty much whatever I want during down time at work, except for Thursday, when I work for the government. When we have some debts paid off, it’s on the list.
