Happy Birthday to me today. I am getting this list together a little early so I hopefully won’t have to do any blogging on my birthday. Not that I don’t love it, but some days, you just need a break. We are going to see a program at the library today presented by Wolfwood, a hybrid wolf sanctuary. Since I love animal rescue, this is right up my alley, and there will be two wolf hybrid ambassadors to meet and greet. I can’t wait. I also get a night out with the family at my favorite Mexican restaurant. If they find out it’s my birthday, I’ll have to wear a sombrero while they sing a Mexican version of Happy Birthday.

It was a blast. There was a full blooded wolf for petting! Amazing. I guess this poor fellow was taken away from his pack when he was 4 weeks old. Idiots try to make pets out of them but they are still wild animals. While he is socialized and can come to events and be friendly, I wish he could have just been a wolf in the forest like it was meant to be.
Happy Birthday!! Thanks for the mention!

I wish I could adopt one of those wolves. Wouldn’t that make you feel safe if a wolf was watching the place?
A 12 post roundup isn’t to broad but an even lesser amount sometimes is better. I prefer a list, like 6. It has a more focused appeal and you can even pick the cream of the crop. But thanks anyway for the 12 you did give us.
