Being Thankful

As we come toward the end of the year, no matter which holidays you might be celebrating, we all should take a few minutes to slow down and be thankful for the meaningful things in our lives. I personally have a long list of things to give thanks for.  At the top of my list is my family and my health. I am especially grateful that I don’t wake up everyday hungry and wondering how to survive the day. I am thankful that I can create a list of things I am thankful for that doesn’t have to be terribly serious. Here area few things I came up with.

Some of my Pearl Jam vinyl and fan club stuff

  • Home Grown Tomatoes
  • Chiropractors
  • Snow Plows
  • Google Page Rank Update
  • Garbage Collection Service
  • Heated Seats in My Car
  • Spinning Class
  • Pearl Jam
  • Our Public Library
  • Our Awesome Neighbors
  • Taxes (I wouldn’t owe them if I had no income. Hard sell though)
  • My New Blogger Friends
  • Credit Card Rewards
  • Cheesecake
  • KindergartenTeachers
  • Flannel Sheets
  • Dansko Shoes
  • My Veterinarian
  • That Yertle, our 1999 Honda Civic, starts every morning
